The company provide trading platforms and management systems to some of the worlds largest investment banks, hedge funds and asset managers. As the Implementation Team Lead, you'll work on one of their most successful systems, leading a team of 8 through new implementation/onboarding projects as well as BAU items. Similarly, the Implementation Team Lead will work closely with clients to understand their business and workflow requirements to best oversee the projects internally.We are offering the Implementation Team Lead:A complete end-to-end project management role dealing with multiple projects at a timeWorking with projects in a technical environment gaining exposure to the underlying code (Java, C++) and system infrastructure.The opportunity to build close relationships with high-profile clients in the financial sectorYou, as the Implementation Team Lead will manage and lead a team of 8 including Technical Analysts, QAs and a Project Manager.
