ShortList Recruitment are working with fantastic agile busienss who require a Change Manager to join their team. The company are an industry leader and the role would suit a Change Manager who is happy to be involved with Project Management, Business Analysis and Operational Readiness.

The Change Manager with be actively involved in both the IT and Business teams. Working on a range of projects the role involves managing them from concept through to post implementation.

The Change Manager will be a real dynamo, keen to influence and be involved on many different levels within the projects. Liaising with other departments and subject matter experts to create the best product possible, managing change and impact on the various business areas

Key responsibilities for the Change Manager:Report and document requirements, ensuring they contribute fully to project briefEnsure end to end readiness is planned and considered throughout projectsManage the Change from Concept, through testing and implementation Work closely with other teams and specialists to shape and deliver the best productsOversee and manage post implementation success criteriaDefine and manage full change impact, manage releases and hand overContribute to the overall portfolio of the businessThe Change Manager will be a key role within the Business and has the rare opportunity to make the role their own. The business provides a range of new and innovative products which you will adding a fresh perspective and drive too.The Change Manager role is rewarding the right person with a salary of £35,000 plus benefits. The role is based near Chester and is commutable from Wrexham, Oswestry, Chester, Wirral and Warrington.
