HR Systems Analyst Solihull£30,000 - £40,000 HR / HR Systems / HRIS / SAP HCM / Business Objects /ResourceLink / SAP CRM / Winshuttle / Spinfex / Time2Work Experis IT are currently recruiting for a HR Systems Analyst to join one of our key clients based in Solihull. They are a FTSE 250 company who provide services to the public sector on a global scale with 50,000 employees. The HRIS team ensure the effective maintenance of our organisational and people data for c25,000 employee records and we are recruiting an experienced HRIS Analyst to join us and help maintain our high standards of customer service and support.Your main responsibility will be to resolve day to day customer queries across our complex range of organisation and people data, ensuring our HR systems and data are up to date and accurate.In addition, you will support a variety of data integrity projects and have the opportunity to get involved with ad-hoc projects related to organisation and people data such as TUPE ins as well as annual events, such as pay reviews and annual leave updates. You will also support User Acceptance Testing of new and updated configuration, and may have the opportunity to support the transition of other systems / data projects into BAU operations. About YouWe are looking for candidates who have proven experience working in a similar role, ideally within an HR Shared Service environment. You will have an understanding of organisation and people data, ideally in a complex business environment working with multiple sets of terms and conditions. You will have worked with SAP HCM and be comfortable making organisational structure changes, investigating and resolving form and workflow issues and making system updates in line with agreed processes.You will also have some experience of reporting using tools such as Ad Hoc query, Spinifex and/or Business Objects and working with and analysing large and complex data sets. Knowledge of ResourceLink, SAP CRM, Winshuttle, Spinifex and/or Time2Work would be an advantage, but not essential.Our ideal candidate will be customer focused, organised, detail conscious and comfortable working in a team who are continuously improving to manage changing business needs. In addition, you will have an up to date understanding and application of employment law and HR best practice and some experience in working within and supporting projects related to people data and HR systems.
