We have an exclusive opportunity for an Information Systems Manager to join an expanding organisation in an exciting sector. This role will be accountable for our clients UK systems and information management. They will be responsible for the development, control and maintenance of the systems environment, ensuring a resilient infrastructure to support growth and business transformation.

The job holder will lead, manage and develop the Systems team effectively, including delivering projects on time, in budget and meeting objectives. The role requires agile, hands-on management and effective communication within a fast-paced business. You will also need to be an experienced and motivational people manager.

Key skills include:

*Leadership of a technology or System function in a medium/large sized business

*Project Management experience and demonstrable skills in planning and decision making

*Excellent stakeholder management experience working across a range of departments

*Proven problem solver with a curious and analytical mind

*Strong technical skills with enthusiasm for technology and a desire to implement solutions

*Ability to work well under pressure and flex according to business needs

*Attention to detail in all areas

*Team Player

*Excellent organisation and time management skills

*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
