*Developing a quality team and systems across the business

*Implementing and spearheading a culture of quality

*Leading a team of Quality Engineers, Inspectors as well as growing your team as requiredThe Person

*Quality Management experience

*Background in Aerospace, Electronic or Automotive manufacturing
