Junior Project Manager (Infrastructure Projects)

Remote work

Occasional travel to Glasgow required

We are actively looking to secure an experienced Junior Project Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role

This role requires an experienced Junior Project Manager to work across combined accounts on a portfolio of projects. The majority of these projects will be focused on Infrastructure - onsite networking, WAN-based projects etc.

You will be working with internal and external stakeholders, so stakeholder management skills is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Project Management team across the portfolio
  • Engaging with key stakeholders across the business
  • Provide project reports and updates as required
  • Ensure budgets and project timescales are agreed and adhered to
  • Identify, assess, manage and communicate risks and issues pertaining to the success of the Project
  • Escalate matters of significance as appropriate.

Key Skills

  • Prior experience working as a Junior Project Manager
  • Experience working across the full Project Management Lifecycle
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Project Governance experience
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, Six Sigma, ITIL etc)
  • Experience dealing with budgets, finances and project deliverables
  • Commercial awareness
