Lead Penetration Tester (Threat / Vulnerability Management Security). Would you like to work with the latest technologies and get stuff done with little red tape to restrict you? You could be joining a fast growing FinTech that is helping to revolutionise consumer banking through the use of advanced data centric, SaaS cloud based banking technology.

As the Lead Penetration Tester you will deliver Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management and Security Testing across the core banking platform. You'll take ownership of processes and identify, prioritise and remediate vulnerabilities across the business as well as heading up the Security Testing function, triage of SAST and DAST outputs, together with management of both internal and external penetration testing. There's no legacy systems and little red tape to get through so you'll be able to get things done and make a real impact, rolling your sleeves up and getting hands-on if necessary.

You'll be based in modern, open plan offices with all the latest kit; a well stocked kitchen / canteen area in a highly motivated team atmosphere with flexible working opportunities.

Requirements:

Vulnerability management experience, ideally using Qualys

SAST and DAST experience, ideally using Fortify

Penetration Testing experience, using both internal and external resources

Experience in securing public cloud environments, ideally AWS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience of managing and coaching more junior team members teams and providing technical leadership

As a Lead Penetration Tester you will earn a competitive salary (to £160k) plus benefits.
