Role: Technical Support Advisor

Salary: £21,000-23,000 per annum

Location: Uxbridge

Are you experienced in customer service and have an interested in technology?

We are recruiting for a friendly and personable Technical Support Advisor to join our client's company. The role will be in a helpdesk environment where you will assist customers via telephone and email with a variety of questions or issues related to the company's product and services.

What will I do as the new Technical Support Advisor?

Dealing with incoming calls and emails regarding company product and services

Liaise with sales teams regarding new enquiries

Use a ticketing system for any customer issues or problems

Liaise with relevant departments to deal with customer enquiries or issues

Am I the right person for this Technical Support Advisor role?

The ideal candidate must have the following experience:

Experience in a Technical Support or Customer Service related role

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Experience with MS Office and email platforms

Educated to GCSE level mandatory, high level qualification preferred
