ShortList Recruitment are seeking a Test Strategy Manager to join a superb rapidly-growing business based in Wrexham.

The successful Test Strategy Manager will work on alongside the current Test Manager in defining and maintaining test strategy in a fast-paced environment.

The Test Strategy Manager will be tasked with defining and implementing test automation, and ensuring the existing test team are up-skilled to support new test framework.

Essential skills for the Test Strategy Manager:

Experience designing and implementing a new test strategyTest automation - SeleniumExtensive as a senior tester, test lead or test managerTest reporting, defining and implementationStrong knowledge of test tools and systemsSQLExperience in the financial sectorThe role of Test Strategy Manager is paying up to £45,000 (DOE) and comes with an excellent range of benefits including flexible working hours and some work from home if required.
