Senior Analytics Consultant - 2 days working from home

Liverpool

£50000 - £60000 per annum

Join a team in the midst of a large Contact Centre Transformation. As a Senior Analytics Consultant you will be key to driving innovation.

Your experience and profile will include:

* Highly analytical and innovative individual

* Ability to bring new ideas and thinking to the table

* Strong stakeholder management, all levels (have to work with junior analysts, along-side Heads of and Directors

* Ability to present new ideas and tell a clear story from data/analysis

* CX, operations and customer service based experience - ability to understand demand drivers

* Contact Centre forecasting and resource planning experience
