Developer in Test (Automation Python Linux C++ QA Manual). Hugely successful global FinTech is seeking an experienced Developer in Test with an engineering background in Python to join their friendly and professional team.

As a Developer in Test you'll be working on a Linux project which will focus on moving the company's performance critical software to the Linux platform. You'll be automating complex testing scenarios and building frameworks from scratch utilising Python technology whilst also suggesting appropriate tools that would best fit the solution, identifying automation opportunities and overall maintaining and improving the company's software quality.

Based in London, you'll be working in modern and spacious offices that have various breakout areas and a large food hall with a wide selection of free food and drinks.

Requirements:

Previous experience within a Developer in Test / Automation QA role utilising Python

Python development background

Knowledge of Linux

Able to build robust test automation frameworks from scratch

Understanding of string manipulation and functions

Previous experience working with data centric systems

Ideally you'll have previous experience working on large scale platform migration projects

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Desirable: Knowledge of Stock Data
