Embedded Systems Engineer - V&V, Aviation, Systems, Avionics6 monthsCheltenham £50.00phMy Client is looking for 6 Systems Engineers to join a busy team in Cheltenham. This person responsible for the design, development and verification of elements required for Remote Interface Units within an integrated team environment. You will demonstrate independence and sound technical judgement to execute assignments, take an innovative approach to problem-solving and share technical knowledge with others in the team and across the organisation.Essential responsibilities With guidance from senior engineering resources, develop systems and software requirements, design, implementation, verification and integration using sound engineering principles, adhering to business standards, practices, procedures and product / program requirementsBuild an understanding of embedded systems architectures, implementations and their interfaces to system level functions and software designs.Share engineering information and promote open dialogueDocument and communicate technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering policies and proceduresProvide timely communications on issues and developmentsWork to D0178C aerospace standardsRequirements:Engineering / Science Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent level of knowledge or experienceFull Lifecycle experience (from Requirements through to Verification)Experience following detailed engineering processes and proceduresStrong technical aptitudeStrong oral and written communication skillsThis will be a great opportunity to put your current skills to the test!
