A leading Public Sector Authority who focus on the Energy sector are looking for an experienced Information Security Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.The purpose of the role is to ensure effective and strategic risk management of information assets and related systems and to ensure effective risk assessment.ResponsibilitiesPreparation of policies and procedures as requestedEnsuring that compliance and breaches are appropriately reported and managedEnsure compliance with Government policy, for example Data Protection and GDPRDeveloping and implementing ICT strategy in conjunction with Senior IT Manager and Architect.Required experienceRelevant Computer Science DegreeProfessional Certification; CISSP, SSCP, CCSP (Desirable)Experience working in an Information Security roleIf this sounds like the role for you please apply today!
