In the mobile payments sector, they already have the largest worldwide threat detection network of its kind combining machine and human based analysis to provide best-of-breed active fraud blocking technologies.

About the role- Global Analyst

Their London Analysts work digitally across the world by using remote access to devices located in their customer's countries.

In this role, you will be acting as a busy mobile consumer in your own language, browsing mobile web sites, engaging in social media activity, running apps and attracting advertising and notifications that lead to client's services. You will look for issues caused by malware, misleading advertising, vague pricing information, incorrect ad placement etc. You will also look at data produced by their automated systems and analyse trends. This will result in reports to clients in their own language as well as English.

The London Team are hardworking, dedicated and diligent people who are fun to work with and have gained experience in the mobile payments industry, understanding the technologies and marketing techniques and understanding the needs of an international client base.

You will liaise with their customers in their language to ensure that they understand the impact of any issues that they detect on their behalf. You may also need to explain their clients requirements to other companies.

Full training is provided.

The person they are looking for:

- Is a good communicator and networker

- Has an interest in mobile technology and/or mobile advertising

- Will be in regular contact with their clients

- Will build and maintain strong working relationships with their clients

- Will integrate well with a bright team of multi-language Analysts and Country Managers

- Will aspire to "owning" the country and the client relationships within it to ensure they receive maximum value from their services.

You will become an expert in the local mobile advertising and payments market with the support and training provided and a willingness to develop your knowledge and skills in this area is a must.

This is a full time role starting at £20,000 with regular reviews and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Written and Spoken skills in the languages detailed earlier

- Written and Spoken English skills (as a second language)

- Working knowledge of MS Office products especially Excel and Powerpoint

- Computer literate

- Degree level education desirable but not critical

- Right to Work in the UK

Evidence of written and spoken language skills will be required.
