Senior Asset and Configuration Manager

Spring Technology are currently working with a marketing leading provider in IT infrastructure services to recruit for a Senior Asset and Configuration Manager to work within a client facing environment.

There are a variety of locations that this role can represent with the opportunity of remote working.

The role:

The role will be focused on client facing, managerial and customer facing skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for the service delivery into the Customer and Contractual services team and will be accountable to for the creation, maintenance and sign off of services profiles.

A break down of the role looks like this;

60 - 70% - Client Relationship

20 - 30% - Data Interpretation and Asset/Config work

10% - Mentoring and Guidance

The Responsibilities

*Identify, implement and add value to existing accounts.

*Attend service reviews and customer facing meetings as well as raising data issues.

*Sign off of service profiles including the creation and maintenance of service sub processes.

*Govern the quality and accuracy of data in the CMDB and report data to clients.

*Act as the SME for the Service Asset and Configuration Management service for clients that you will manage.

The Requirements

*Experience within a similar role with client facing experience.

*The ability to work in complex environments with multiple customers.

*Experience within an IT service environment.

*Management experience is preferred.

*Proven relationship building experience and technical knowledge of the area.

*Strong communication skills as you will be talking to internal and external business members and Clients.
