Health and Safety Manager

Limerick£28,000 - £35,000 + Training + Qualifications + Progression + Pension + Holiday

Based near Limerick, this company represent a global brand within manufacturing. With over 60 years' experience in the industry they have grown from strength to strength, expanding to have sites across the UK and Ireland. Due to increase in production workload, they are looking to take on a Health and Safety Manager.

In this role the successful applicant will be heavily involved in the production side of the business to ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to as well as responsible for identify any training needs across the departments. You will also be tasked with promoting a positive culture towards health and safety as well as attending any incidents, assisting with audits and, producing and updating risk assessments.The company are happy to consider candidates from a manufacturing background who have exposure to health and safety procedures and policies who are looking to focus on H&S as a full time role.

THE ROLE:

*Days based Monday - Friday role

*Producing and updating risk assessments

*Promoting a health and safety culture

*Assessing training needs throughout the company
