2nd Line Support Analyst/ Staffordshire/6 month FTC/£20k

Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading Clients within the market who are seeking to bring on to the team Support Analyst who Is looking for the opportunity to progress into 2nd Line Support

The purpose of the role is to provide second line support to ensure timely and efficient resolution of

*Software

*Desktop

*Mobile Device

*IT equipment related incidents and service requests

Accountabilities for this role entail

*Managing allocated issues to resolution and close

*Providing technical support to internal customers in the resolution of It incidents and service requests in line with agreed SLA's

*Managing the resolution of 2nd line IT issues which have been escalated from the contact centre

*Ensure all calls and requests are accurately updated and progresses on the service desk systems

*Communication and escalation procedures are adhered to and consistently followed

*Recurring problems are identified and escalated accordingly

*Liaise with the relevant parties both internal and external to efficiently support customers

*Identify and recommend continuous improvement initiative for the IT Service Solutions function
