Contract Infrastructure Engineer - Leeds - £300-350 p/day

Our client is currently looking to hire an infrastructure engineer in Leeds City centre on a 3 month contract.

The candidate would be responsible for technical provision, reporting to the Infrastructure Technical Manager.

Skills required

-Rack design

-Supply of new UPS and fire-suppression system

-Calculation of power/cooling requirements

-Data-port requirements

-CAT6 cable-testing

-Site surveys with multiple WAN/voice providers and establishing task timelines in advance of eventual 'lift & shift' and systems testing following move.

Previous experience of a project move from DR solution to Azure Site Recovery.

Experience required :

-Microsoft Azure Fundamentals

-Design and implementation of system as introduced by solution provider.
