Change and Adoption LeadLondon, central.£35,000pa to £45,000pa (DoE)This Energy Leader are looking for a Change and Adoption Lead who can engage, develop and deliver across multiple channels maximising uptake and adoption of new technologies and ways of working.Representing the voice of the customer, you'll develop and deliver materials across a range of channels in order to enable the successful adoption of technology solutions.You'll need the ability to communicate, plan and execute, train develop and deliver and assess the risk impact of adoption. You'll be required to modernise training techniques and methods and be part of establishing an Office 365 adoption programme. Working with cross-functional teams to support user journeys using different engagement channels and methods.Skills required: Experience facilitator with excellent coaching skillsProven IT training experience, comfortable in group and one-to-one environmentsBroad technical background in Microsoft and/or other project collaboration toolsVery strong communication skills, written and presentation at both business and technical level; able to explain in writing or orally complex subjects to non-technical team membersAble to proactively work with various stakeholders to identify training requirements and produce manuals and documentationThis an exciting time to join a Digital, Data, Technology driven Energy Sector Leader.For more details please apply today or call Conor on 0121 712 8737.
