IT Application Manager / Solution Analyst vacancy for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:Professional understanding of IT integration, interfaces and design patternsExperience of a business or user support function as well as web technologiesKnowledge of Unix, Bash, SQL, ITIL, Java, DevOps, Jira, HTML, CSS and mobile technologies would be beneficialHigher education in computer scienceLanguages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is advantageousYour tasks:Assisting the development team evolving system architecture and designing within the eChannel contextEnsuring smooth running and operation of the services used by non-clients and clientsTracking and coordinating with internal and external providers as well as analysing incidents and defectsProposing continuous improvementsMaintaining activities such as lifecycle measures, reporting and configurationStart: ASAP
