Lead Penetration TesterWe are currently seeking a Lead Penetration to join our client and head up the penetration testing team at their HQ in Stevenage, as well as lead a team of remote testers across the UK. The focus of the Lead Penetration Tester will be on mentoring the team and assisting with high-profile test and research projects, working closely with the sales and project co-ordination teams to ensure the smooth delivery of projects with new and existing customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Lead Penetration Tester to take the next step in their career join a fast-growing and successful business and get involved in a diverse range of projects that will test their skills and enable continue development.Working as the Lead Penetration Tester, your role will include:Leading a team on projects, delegating tasks and managing local and remote workers.Taking the lead on shaping, creating and delivering client engagements.Running all aspects of the customer engagements, including resource management, financial planning and project planning.Driving innovation and improvement in existing contracts and service offerings to ensure continuous improvement of services.Aiding in presales engagements in order to win new contracts.To be considered for the Lead Penetration Tester position, you will need to demonstrate:Proficiency in performing network, mobile and web application penetration testing manually.Experience in performing red team exercises and social engineering.Excellent client consulting skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Relevant penetration testing certification, such as CREST, OSCP, SANS or GIAC.
