Field Service Engineer - Installations 
Field Based (with travel throughout the UK) The Company Our client is a specialist provider of aggregate washing plants, water treatment systems, material processing and handling equipment for the quarrying, recycling and waste industries. They offer complete solutions, providing single equipment installations to the bespoke design and installation of complete washing and recycling systems. With over 60 years of combined experience in the washing, crushing and screening & recycling sector, they provide their customers with a high standard and knowledgeable service every time. They are now looking a Field Service Engineer to assist with onsite installations, commissioning, training and service support to customers throughout the UK.The Benefits - Salary of £43,248 per annum (after lunch deduction)

Our client is always on the lookout for those who can offer a friendly and professional service at all times, so if this sounds like you - apply now! The Role As a Field Service Engineer, you will provide installations, commissioning and service support at customers’ sites throughout the UK. Consistently providing an excellent service, you will offer technical assistance and service expertise whilst maintaining all hire machines. You will train customers’ personnel on the proper operation of equipment and liaise with all departments to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve: - Following and implementing company health & safety procedures 
- Ordering parts 
- Collecting customer warranty information 
- Completing inspection forms for each installation 
- Providing written service and expense reports About You Interested? To be considered as a Field Service Engineer, you will need: - Substantial experience in a similar engineering role 
- A safety passport 
- Basic computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel 
- Your own hand tools (all other tools will be provided by the company) Although not essential, the ideal candidate will have a professional background in the heavy plant, quarry or water treatment industry. Electrical knowledge/experience would be equally favourable. A CSCS certification in any of the following would also be an advantage: Slinger Banksman, Appointed Person, Telescopic Handler, Mobile Elevated Working Platform, Abrasive Wheels, Confined Space Working, or Site Supervisor. Other organisations may call this role Service Support Engineer, Field Maintenance Engineer, Service and Maintenance Engineer, Installation Engineer, Field Installation Engineer, Field Service Technician, or Installations and Service Engineer. This is a full time role, working Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend working. Due to the travel requirements of this role, the successful candidate will ideally be based in the Midlands. Please note, this role involves lifting and moving weights of up to 20kg and standing for long periods of time. Webrecruit and our clients are equal opportunities employers, value diversity and are strongly committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and all applicants for employment.
