Where you fit in
As Senior business Analyst, you'll be sitting within the IT Competency Centre team, as part of our Trading & Supply, Downstream business.

What's the role?
You'll be responsible for delivering Functional Design for Projects and Change Requests.
You'll ensuring an appropriate and best possible IT solution is delivered for the business requirements meeting aligned timelines with utmost quality.

More specific duties might include: Drive clarification of complex and analytical requirements from a technical solution design perspective and delivers effort estimates for those solutions Coach Business Analysts and Testers and support them in solution design Create/Modify Functional Specifications from a Technical design perspective Develop design/solution development for reports, interfaces, enhancements and forms Participate in blueprint and design sessions, review options and provide recommendations while communicating the benefits, risks, and constraints to both the business and IT stakeholders Work closely with Design Leads and Application Delivery Leads to ensure new capabilities and new business requirements are understood and implemented in new work items Perform Prototyping in support of requirements definition or technical design questions Write Test Scripts, Execute Unit, Integration Testing, and support execution of Regression Testing
Requirements

What we need from you
You'll be a Functional Configuration expertise with experience in SAP IS Oil Downstream.
We're keen to hear from men and women with as many of the following on your CV: Proven track record experience in Functional Design & Delivery in SAP SAP IS-OIL Knowledge & Skills focused on the following areas:
- Transportation and Distribution incl. Master Data (skill)
- Standard SD and MM (skill)
- Terminal Automation System and Transport planning interfaces (skill)
- Shipments and shipment costing (skill)
- Work on complex interfaces / RIEF (skill)
- Contracts (Customer / Vendor)/Quotes / Pricing (Knowledge)
- Quantity Conversions / Hydrocarbon Product management (Knowledge) Exchanges / Netting / Logical Inventory Adjustment (Knowledge) TSW Ticketing / Nominations (Knowledge) Excise Duty (Knowledge) Stock Reconciliation / Valuation (Knowledge) Logistics Invoice Verification and Workflow (Knowledge) Experience in Basic ABAP Debugging and understanding of Code Expertise in requirements gathering and documenting from a technical solution perspective Organized and methodical - Ability to plan and implement whilst working with a level of uncertainty and risk Experience working on project(s) with IT/application and data components Excellent spoken & written language skills in English Ability to Drive decision making and influence without direct reporting relationships Flexibility in working hours to work with Global virtual teams.
