Commercial Manager- £50,000-55,000 - FarnboroughA leading Defence and Security Consultancy are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager who is a native or fluent German speaker t to work on a permanent basis in the South East. You will be a senior member of a dynamic commercial team led by an experienced Commercial Director, where your hard work and professional experience will be expected to generate innovative commercial solutions. You will be responsible for all aspects of commercial support including customer bidding and contracting, pricing, risk management, change control, contract and document drafting, and dispute resolution.Whats on offer?Salary up to £60,000 Great career progression working within a leading defence and security consultancyGenerous benefits packageMajor Responsibilities / Accountabilities:Provide comprehensive support and advice on contractual and commercial mattersEnsures that the Business follows Commercial governance and establishes commercial best practice appropriate to the Business.Works closely with other functions (IP, Legal, Insurance, Risk, Contracts, Projects, and Bid Management) to manage these aspects of the project, opportunity or bid to business standards, and provide assistance and advice when requiredWorking closely with the Commercial Hub Team, Business Development, Procurement and project teams to structure, negotiate and close compelling customer contracts Qualification/ Skills & Attributes:A proven track record of structuring, negotiating and closing deals.Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation and with external customers both orally and in writing.Deliver own tasks to time quality and cost.Ability to generate and apply ideas and concepts.Must be able to achieve full UK SC.If you would like to be considered for the position please submit an application or contact Sarah Kesaulija on 01179 309 708
