Spring Technology is currently looking for an experienced SC Cleared Business Analysts. Mid to Senior Level positions are available. These are 4 Month contracts based in London.

Essential Requirement:

- SC Cleared

- Recent Public sector experience

Skills and experience:

*Business requirements, technical requirements & non-functional requirements elicitation and transition to functional and technical specifications

*IT upgrade project experience to manage the technical activity

*Strong soft-skills to interact with business, IT and 3rd Party stakeholders

*Implementation support and planning

*Agile and Waterfall delivery environment and an understanding of the BA activities within the Solution Delivery Lifecycle

*Handling resistance to change and competing demands in a matrix managed environment

*Working with 3rd party suppliers.

*Support planning and acceptance of the upgrade approach

*Support the delivery across IT and Business functions
