Data Entry Administrator

Market Rate (initial 1 month)

We are looking for a Data Entry Administrator for a prestigious retail company based in London.

The ideal Data Entry Administrator will have extensive experience in system data entry. Any experience on Reflexis would be highly advantageous.

This role will be to support the Workforce Management Project in gathering data business sources and creating data upload spreadsheets. Additionally, the successful candidate will update configuration and data items within Reflexis, our Workforce Management system.

*Working within an established project team

*Providing an excellent level of quality within agreed timescales

*Responsible for creating data input spreadsheets from various unstructured sources

*Responsible for data entry within agreed deadlines and timescales

*Chase information where there are gaps

*Consistently monitor and manage queried items of work

Skills

*Previous data entry experience

*Computer literate with MS Office and be able to use MS Excel to an intermediate level

*Inquisitive about systems and data

*Must have excellent attention to detail

*Excellent communication skills both written and verbally

*Works well under pressure to meet deadlines
