Initial 3 month contract requirement for an Android Developer to work on an Android project for a health tech app in London.

The project involves:

-Develop Android App feature for social networking project connected to the health app

-Involved in integrating social networking feature to main App and testing/debugging

-Android App development including communication with cloud primarily AWS

-Develop social networking SDK for integration.

Responsibilities:

-Acting as hands-on Android App developer- develop, maintain and evaluate software

-Prototype, debug, and develop software and apps

-App communication with other components in the system such as cloud and hardware

-Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions

Key skills required:

-Strong Android app design and programming skills in Java.

-Familiar with Android SDK

-Experience in design and development of social networking mobile Apps

-Excellent debugging and optimisation skills

-Strong set of published examples on the app market
