Full Stack Java Developer
London
Due to continued growth my client; a leading Consultancy within the Financial Services Industry are looking for a Full Stack Java Developer. They are keen to find innovative, tech-minded individuals used to working in an environment where they are constantly striving for excellence.
Core Competencies
* Experience in design and development J2EE based applications, database design (conceptual/ logical/ physical) and writing PL/ SQL queries/ stored procedures in PostgreSQL
* Good knowledge and hands on experience on jBPM workflow platform. Experience in DROOLS rule engine will be an added advantage
* Expertise on Angular JS, React JS, Springboot, Hibernate, JQuery frameworks
* Hosting on AWS, Linux and Java environment, containers and micro services architecture
* Experience with CI/CD practices including Jenkins, GitHub
* Interfaces/ integration using web services with other systems
* Building reports using Business Intelligence and Reporting Platform (BIRT)
* Leading team of developers, reviewing and approving technical design
* Knowledge around JBOSS (WildFly), Tomcat and other application servers
* Knowledge around source code repository Tortoise SVN
* Experience in building Multitenant products
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse SRS to understand and estimate the requirements
* Development efforts review for project and closely monitoring the project technically to contain all known risks
* Preparing technical design document, reviewing and approving technical solution for requirements
* High level and low level Design, development/Build, unit testing and deployment using jBPM platform and other underlying tools and frameworks mentioned above
* Database design, writing simple or complex PL/ SQL queries/ stored procedures/ Functions/ Triggers etc. using PostgreSQL database
* Preparation of release document for new projects, change requests and bug fixes
* Create and leverage technical knowledge repository
