A well-established business, this company have continued to grow year after year due to high demand for their services and due to this constant growth, they now require an experienced Site Manager to oversee teams across different sites.In this hands on role, you will be responsible for managing multiple teams across the South West sites, scheduling future work, and all round site management. You may occasionally have to attend meetings with the Operations Director, being responsible for discussing future programmes and progression.Now is a great time to get on board with this growing company where you will be in a hands on role which opens avenues throughout the company for the person with the right attitude.THE ROLE:

*Overseeing sites across the South West

*Managing small teams on site

*Attending meetings for programmes and future opportunities

*General site managementTHE PERSON:

*Has experience as a site manager

*Ideally worked on site in a technical role prior to management
