Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent understanding of credit risk discipline from data quality and data analysis perspective with direct experience in credit risk data integration5-7 years business requirements analysis and change experience in a similar role within a large financial institutionTrack record of defining and documenting effective and comprehensive business rules for data integrationMust be able to communicate business concepts and proposals in English (both written and verbal) in a clear and concise mannerExcel skills (Pivot tables and formulas will be needed, macros not)Extensive SQL skills (writing scripts)

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Data Quality Analysis Excellent analytical and documentation skillsExperience with working in an Agile Team and know-how of JIRAUser Acceptance Testing experience with a know-how of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management tool)German would be an advantage for stakeholder engagement in addition to EnglishExcellent attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness of deliveryEffective time management - able to work under pressure and meet project deadlinesGood team player - the team has a reputation of being able to deliver high quality and upholding these high standards individually and as a team. This will be given the highest priority.Proficient understanding of front to back systems, data, calculations, processes and current regulatory regimes and requirements within risk functions of International Banks and Wealth Management Organisations with specific experience in one of the following in the Credit Risk domain: Swiss Bank, Private Bank, Corporate and Commercial Bank, Investment Bank environment.Familiarity with business processes, financial products, credit risk management and regulatory requirements.Significant experience of embedding new risk management systems in complex organisations.Self-motivated with a genuine sense of ownership and accountability for tasks. Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks. Proven ability to work with little supervision.Reliable, analytical and flexible personality with a structured and analytical approach.
