Built up of the most experienced team of technology professionals in retail my Guilford based client are looking for a new Project Manager.You could become part of a company, that has leveraged close to 45 years of commercial experience and best practices to work with 500 of the world's most iconic retail brands and help them to drive competitive advantage.
Their goal is to help clients engage customers differently through innovation and deep collaboration. Seeking to understand who their customers are, what they want and why they buy, to optimize a complete range of processes to meet expectations and help provide success.
Joining the delivery team, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management and governance of the EMEA portfolio supporting the P&L and helping them to realise their strategy.
You will be delivering exciting projects for interesting clients, individually or as part of a small portfolio, helping dozens of companies achieve their goals. Within these projects you will support in scoping and mobilizing, prepare and maintain project plans, hold regular calls and meetings, resolve issues, deal with change control, monitor delivery status and report progress to key stakeholders.
You will get to develop working relationships across all of the EMEA functions and maximise project delivery efficiency through effective use of all available resources and you will be considered an 'agile worker' so you must be comfortable with travel around the UK and regular client site visits.

Other Experience:
Relevant industry experience within a ecommerce /retail product environmentSpecific experience of delivering technology and organisational change projectsBroad knowledge of technology sector and strong competitor awarenessUnderstanding of product development life cycle, product design and implementationKnowledgeand understanding of process design and implementationChange management (organisation and cultural skills)Experience of development of processes and roles within associated functional departmentsNegotiation skills
Qualifications:
Prince 2 Qualified, Membership of APM, IPM or 6 Sigma is advantageous but not essential.Degree qualification is advantageous but not essential.
