SharePoint Developer / Technical Consultant - £55k. Work within a company going through a large scale transition towards SharePoint 2016, 2019 and Office 365.

My client is looking for a technical specialist in house to manage and help develop It's capabilities with Sharepoint installations and integration's. My client are a leading client within the financial services / wealth management space and are going to be undergoing a challenging period with lots of position, progressive change within the IT department. This position offers a unique position in which you can develop and build your own small team. Most of the work my client has includes Sharepoint migration to newer versions and the integration work that goes along with it, meaning there is a ton of potential within this role for growth.

This position will include a variety of work across multiple projects and integration's, this means collaboration and communication is key. To succeed, you need to be able to communicate and reach out internally to champion best practice on any and all Sharepoint work. This business would like someone from a full stack background if possible, but we are aware that some people will be biased towards either Front End or backend. This role does include travel, but this isn't expected every single day or week. Given the need to travel / communicate with external businesses, this position would suit someone that either is currently or looking to become a Technical Consultant.

You will need to have:Experience with SharePoint 2013 and other on prem versions (2016 or 2019 most desirable)A decent understanding of technical languages such as .NET / C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQueryExperience managing projects as a consultant or project lead

You don't need, but it would be nice to see:Office 365Previous Line management experience
