Do you have experience in a Customer Service Manager or Technical Support Management role? Are you looking to join a Market leader renowned for excellent training and progression?

In this role you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring and motivating a highly skilled, ambitious Technical Support team which will also include identifying training needs and designing relevant action plans for development. Along with leading this team, you will ensure that department standards are of the highest calibre whilst also continuing to offer excellent technical support as well.

This role would ideally suit a Technical Support Manager or a Customer Service Manager who has had experience with offering Technical Product support to both B2B and B2C customers. It is essential you have previous Management experience and looking to join and grow with a world leading business.
