Now the team is seeking a permanent Digital Developer to work across a variety of digital projects.

The agency's digital output Most of the agency's current digital communications are email / eCRM, social, online ads and microsites with some app and website builds to manage. The Digital Developer role The agency is looking for a developer with 3+ years' experience, some of that gained agency side. You will bring entrepreneurial energy to the team and always be looking for ways to make things ever better, with clients or internally. The role will suit a ‘people person' with front-end coding capability and good communication skills.
The right candidate will: Have front-end coding / tech skill to either build digital assets or check code / action amends when build is outsourced. (HTML & CSS are essential, with Javascript and an awareness of website-hosting solutions ideal too) Be able to communicate confidently and clearly with colleagues and clients and liaise with external suppliers re digital assets Remuneration and benefits Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and up to £40k. The role is permanent with 31 days' holiday pa inc Bank Holidays, twice-yearly appraisals and workplace pension.
