Lead Software Tester (QA APIs Web Manual Automation). As a Lead Software Tester you'll provide guidance and leadership to a team of 5 QA's whilst remaining hands-on and shaping the testing strategy for one of the company's largest projects. Together with your team, you'll be responsible for reviewing everything that is created within the development teams to ensure it is of the highest standard. You'll also be required to keep up to date with the latest QA developments enabling you to continually improve the service that your team provides.

Based in London, you'll be joining a hugely successful company that is working with a number of well-known clients including ITV, Channel 4 and Formula 1.

Requirements:

Previous experience within a Lead QA Test Engineer role

Experience managing QA activities for complex products (both Manual and Automation)

Frontend app and web testing experience

Backend testing experience (with a focus on APIs)

Leadership and mentoring experience

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
