The key day to day responsibilities are as follows:* Sole responsibility for managing a small (2-3) portfolio of commissions through a structured Assess, Assign and Deliver commissioning process.* Mobilising members of the Community and supporting the appointed Community member's delivery of their defined pieces of work ("commissions").* Liaising with the appointed Community members to ensure that commissions are mobilised correctly, so that commissions are in good shape to start and can continue at pace.* Managing the commission through the entire commission delivery process.* Ensure that the correct ceremonies are conducted during Sprints, so that commissions are delivered with speed and control.* Ensure commissions are closed correctly, so that valuable components are documented for future re-use and that lessons learnt are fed into future commissions.
Essential: * Educated to degree level or equivalent.* Professional work experience or equivalent.* Track record or active involvement within project delivery.* Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.* An engaging and persuasive communication style, credible and comfortable in working with more senior stakeholders.* Excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills.* Agile techniques & methodology.Desirable:* Worked in a Defence & Security environment.* Understanding of national security and law enforcement.* Involved within the expanding digital technology landscape; IoT, Big data, Internet Connection Records, 5G etc.
