Excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager or Project Manager with Highways Construction experience to join a steadily expanding company in a highly varied, interesting and challenging position with long term progression opportunities.Based in Bristol this family run company is now a market leader within their industry. Due to steady continued growth they are now in a position to add a Project Manager with Contracts Management, Client facing and NEC experience to their busy team.In this varied role split between the office and site, you will focus upon tendering, controlling contract costs, dealing with local authority contracts, programming construction works and managing two direct site managers, quantity surveyors and another 12 to 15 site foreman.The ideal candidate will have engineering and project management experience from a highways construction background. Engineering plant & construction would also be considered. Experience of contracts, operations, tendering, design and improvements would all be beneficial. *Directly managing 2 Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors and another 12 to 15 Site Foreman

*Project and contract management

*Tendering

*Programming construction works

*Controlling contract costs

*Dealing with local authority contractsThe person:

*Project Management / Contract Management / Engineering experience

*Experience from Highways Construction, Engineering Plant or Construction industries

*Member of an accredited board (IEng, CEng or similar)

*NEC3 trained beneficial

*Experience of contracts, operations, tendering, design and improvements beneficial
