Finance Systems Analyst/ Application Support- Elite 3E/ Elite EnterpriseA Finance Systems Analyst/ Application Support Analyst is required to join a Global, Blue-Chip Company, based in Canary Wharf. You will be providing support to clients predominantly in the Legal Sector based in the EMEA region who are using different instances of the Elite 3E platform. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous knowledge of Elite, either 3E or Enterprise, who is looking for a fresh challenge in a company that can offer a wide variety of progression opportunities. As a Finance Systems Analyst/ Application Support Analyst you will be responsible for:Remote troubleshooting client systems across various platforms through extensive use of SQL Management studio, back end logs, front end application testing, document research and legal accounts experienceResponding to client queries in a timely mannerInteracting with colleagues to resolve customer issues effectively The successful candidate will have a background in Practice Management System support, administration or implementation and experience with Elite software- either 3E or Enterprise. You should also demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have working knowledge of SQL, including data mining and analysing back end logs.
