***MUST HAVE HOUSING SECTOR EXPERIENCE***My client is looking for an experienced Intelligence and Performance Manager to lead on service review and improvement projects within Housing Sector.This will involve preparing and drawing on a range of qualitative and quantitative evidence to support service improvement activity, directly presenting it to service stakeholders and providing constructive challenge as appropriate. The main duties of the role are as follows; * Ensure that intelligence and performance for this Housing Trust is coordinated and comprehensive to facilitate the development of recommendations that lead to decisions that are based on the best possible evidence. * Facilitate to develop proactive products which lead to solutions that improve outcomes for residents and communities, with a specific focus on Housing. * Ensure there is appropriate accountability and transparency of the organisation's performance to residents and customers, partners and regulators. * Manage the research, collation, capture, storage and publication of evidence and datasets to support strategic planning and decision-making within Housing Sector. * Design key performance indicators to reflect priority outcomes, with a specific focus on special educational needs, and build the necessary systems and processes to capture and report against these.Requirements:* Expert understanding of the national and local context for and operations of the Housing Sector. * Expert understanding of statutory, policy and regulatory frameworks with regard to Housing Sector. * Experience of project management. * Experience of data protection and safeguarding frameworks. * Experience of using a range of software and systems relevant to Housing Sector in support of data extraction, manipulation, analysis, presentation and submission.
