Essential Responsibilities:

Working with Account Managers to ensure the learning content created meets our clients specifications.

Communicating directly with clients over the phone, via email and in-person on projects, including obtaining information and signing off content.

Collaborating with members of the Creative and Production teams to conceptualise learning solutions and ensure audio-visual and interactive components meet learning objectives.

Creating engaging, high-quality storyboards and content for e-learning courses, including copy, interactions, and knowledge check quizzes.

Undertaking internal quality assurance, including accurately reviewing courses and proofreading related content prior to client approval.

Occasionally traveling to meet with clients at their premises.

Essential Skills:

Background working in educational and/or learning design sectors.

Effective time management, including the ability to work to tight deadlines.

An understanding of the Learning & Development sector, including the challenges our clients are likely to face.

Excellent verbal and written communication, including accuracy in spelling, punctuation, and grammar.

Confidence in using Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office software.

Desirable Skills:

Previous experience of working with large corporate clients to plan and deliver content.

Demonstrable experience working as an Instructional Designer.
