Project Manager Project Manager | City of London | Main Contractor I am looking for a Project Manager on behalf of a leading main contractor - this will be an immediate start with a minimum contract duration of 18 months. The day rate for this role will depend on experience but as a guide my client will pay between £300 to £400 per day.The successful Project Manager will be based on a stadium project in Central London. Works will include demolishing an existing part of the stand which backs on to a listed building, constructing the new stand and building the commercial/corporate area. Due to the nature of the project, my client is looking for candidates with steel-frames experience. Requirements for this Project Manager position: Must have previous experience working as a Project Manager with a main contractor.Ideally previous experience working on a stadium project.Experience working on steel frame work packagesMinimum HNC level qualification.High level of communication skills. Proven experience in lead Site Management and Blue-Collar teams with strong people management skills Able to start within 2 weeks.
