Business Solutions Architect

Abingdon, Oxfordshire

to £65k + benefits

As a preferred recruitment partner to this global leader in software services to the educational sector, we have been asked to assist in the recruitment of a permanent Business Architect.

You will assist in defining customer solutions and you will work with customers, sales staff and delivery teams to create solutions to customer problems. These solutions may include processes, services and a technical solution.

This is a delivery focused role assisting at a high level between the customer and internal tech teams.

Key Responsibilities

-High level business solutions desfinition / High level design (whiteboarding)

-Defining Roadmaps

-Business Analysis (Requirements Gathering)

-Business Process Mapping

-User Workshop Facilitation / User Training

-Delivery Management

-Technical Pre-Sales

-Liaison between IT and Customer

-Software Development Lifecycle Understanding

-Agile and DevOps Methodologies

-Bid Input (Timescales, Costings)

-UAT (Acceptance Testing)
