Excellent opportunity for an production supervisor seeking a role that you can make your own, manage a small team, progress technically and into senior roles in a company that has been steadily growing over the years and has ambition to expand further.

In this role you will lead and supervise a team of assemblers in the production and assembly department while taking a hands on approach to the assembly of their products. You will be responsible for ensuring production is carried out in a timely manner whilst ensuring high standards are adhered to.

The ideal candidate will have a background in assembly ideally within in electrical or electronics with leadership/supervisory experience.

The Role:*Supervising a small production team

*Hands on assembly of battery products

The Person:*Come from a hands on assembly background (ideally electrical/electronic)

*Supervisory, leadership or management experience

*Background in manufacturing/production
