Desktop support Engineer

Active SC clearance required

initially 3 month contract

Based in Yeovil

daily hourly rate is £27 per hour

Our client is looking for an SC cleared Desktop Support engineer based in Yeovil for an initial 3 month contract looking to be extended, the ideal candidate will have the below experience skills,

Technical Skills:

Ability to support and maintain Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (All versions, but mainly Win7 and Win10) in a corporate desktop and laptop PC environment, including management of deployed agents - McAfee, SCCM, etc.

Ability to support and maintain the Microsoft Office Application Suite in a corporate desktop and laptop PC environment, along with other business applications.

Proven and demonstrable software and hardware troubleshooting skills

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
