This company design and manufacture a number of products for industries around the world. With longstanding contracts with household names, they have a large order book and are continually investing and have recently expanded the site. Due to this they now need a Maintenance Manager to come into the business.

In this role you will be leading a multi skilled team of 16 engineers and be responsible for all planned and reactive maintenance activities across the site. You will be leading the TPM approach to maintenance and all project and continuous improvement works for the business.

The ideal candidate will be a maintenance manager from a manufacturing or production background and be either electrically or mechanically qualified. You will have experience of TPM/PPM schedules and the ability to lead and motivate a team of shift engineers.

The Role:

*Leading a team of 16 engineers on multiple shifts

*All reactive and planned maintenance activities

*Management of TPM/PPM schedules

*Ownership of all projects improvements and capital works

The Person:

*Maintenance Manager

*Electrical or mechanically biased

*Knowledge of TPM/PPM

*Knowledge of PLC's and Automation
