Regulatory Reporting Analyst vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:University Degree in a relevant profession like Economics, Business Administration, Political Science or LawKnowledge of Financial products and/or Trade Life Cycles (prior Banking or Investment/Fund Management experience is an advantage)Interest in Compliance topics (previous experience with Legal Judgements and Interpretations would be nice to have) as well as practical experience about Process Management and familiarity with Risk Mitigation processesGood command of MS ExcelExcellent analytical skills with strong attention to detailsGood communication skills coupled with being a team playerAbility to learn fast and pickup complex tasks quicklyLanguages: fluent English both written and spoken, fluent German skills would be advantageousYour tasks:Discharge the global obligations towards reporting of aggregated shareholdings in accordance with Regulatory and Legal requirements in each relevant jurisdictions and across all Business DivisionsPlacing and monitoring Trading restrictions and providing Trade approvals to business when questions of regulatory ownership limits ariseBuilding and maintaining good relationships with Regulators, Exchanges, Issuers of Securities and other stakeholdersStart: 09/2019
