You'll take charge of a small team of developers. Your team will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle. You will also have IT and sysadmin reporting directly into you allowing you to create the most efficient DevOps pipeline for our software.You'll decide the technologies that deliver the best solutions to customers.
There will be hands-on coding involved, while guiding developers and managing projects. This approach is key for this role to drive future growth.
The code base is C# and .NET Core with the work being 100% web based using also modern technologies such as Typescript/Webpack and LESS. This offers a solid foundation for any tech you want to use to get the job done.

The company works with large and small organisations in the automotive industry. They've moved into a new office in Cambridgeshire - ready for the next stage of their expansion.
This is an ideal role if you are keen to take a step in to management and keep coding hands-on.
