Production Manager (Chemical)Runcorn, North West£40,000 - £44,000 + excellent benefits ( 36 days paid holiday, good pension, free parking etc) Monday - Friday 8.00 -5.30 Are you a Chemical Engineer with experience of leading a team in an industrial environment whilst delivering customer facing technology development? Do you want the opportunity to join this innovative company as a Production Manager, you will be based at the customer demonstration facility and will plan processes for projects and production.My client specialise in polymer chemistry and are making an impressive market presence. They have been going for over 8 years now and have gone from strength to strength and are now looking for a dynamic Production Manager to join the team.The Role:* Managing a satellite site you will act the as lead site safety representative, inspiring a safety culture and proactively leads by example in safe working practices.*Operating with initiative and resilience within a changing environment, the Production Manager needs to lead a small team of operators, and manages projects with third party contractors.*Communicates clearly and concisely in written and verbal reports to management, the team and professionally demonstrates the process to customers and other stakeholders.
