Business Analyst / Project ManagerOur client who have been operating and providing Insurance services to the UK market for over 100 years currently require a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager. '€¢A proven track record of successfully delivering transformation, system procurement and implementation projects.'€¢Financial Services, particularly with home insurance experience, is preferred.'€¢Strong planning, organising, analysis and influencing key stakeholders during business transformation.'€¢Delivering business change programmes and projects across multi-function departments.'€¢Experience of successfully managing third parties within the context of project delivery.'€¢Hands on experience or deep appreciation of software development and implementation, and complex data migration projects will be required.'€¢Demonstrable experience of business analysis and requirements management.'€¢Database expertise sufficient to enable the creation of SQL queries is desirable'€¢Demonstrable knowledge of Price Comparison sites such as Go Compare and Confused.'€¢Use of business process modelling tools such as Nimbus and Visio.

Desirable:

'€¢Knowledge of UK household insurance products'€¢Knowledge of General Insurance business applications such as TIA'€¢Working with web based technologies'€¢Use of project management tools such as Jira Awareness of testing tools
