With excellent communication skills, you'll offer IT support and help to get things back up and running. You'll often be a customer's first friendly point of contact - in person, over the phone or via instant messaging. So it's really important to reassure people, resolve queries and give customers access to key accounts. This way, you'll help our business to run smoothly. But we don't expect you to know everything from day one. With really thorough training, you'll learn about applications and administration tools, and the work of the intelligence services. Surrounded by people who want to help, you'll quickly get to grips with things. All we need from you is at least two GCSEs at grade 5 or above (maths and English). Calm when working under pressure, you'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. And with impressive customer service skills and some IT application skills, we'll teach you the rest.
